Æ Society’s services are aimed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code), in particular hotels, destinations, tourism organisations, restaurants, experience providers and creators acting commercially or self-employed. All prices stated are exclusive of statutory VAT.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). The European Commission’s former online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
